WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
Our all bills inclusive package provides for completely unlimited and unmonitored use of ALL the following:

Landline phone with standard rate London 020 number to receive incoming calls [most sites have x3 separate incoming lines each with separate London 020 number]
Landline phone for outgoing calls to Local National and International Numbers
Entertainment:
TV Licence covering all use [including viewing live TV on laptops and other students’ own devices]
Freeview Digital TV to all student bedrooms and to communal room
SKY TV to communal room
Virgin Media TV to communal room
Internet:
Fast Fibre-Optic 50MB Broadband Internet
Separate additional back up ADSL Internet [to ensure internet access at all times]
Wireless N to whole house with separate Wireless Access Point on each floor
Category 6 Wired Data Network with a dual RJ45 Wall Socket in each room [ensuring that students' most important and time critical academic work can be completed using a direct and reliable wired connection]
THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMALL PRINT:
Our all bills inclusive package means that you don’t have to budget for, nor pay any utility bills at your house during your tenancy.
The weekly rate set out in the “all bills inclusive” package represents the total you pay per person per week which covers your rent and ALL the above outgoings, irrespective of how much they are during your tenancy.
The ONLY “exception” applies to the telephone where a very generous monthly fair use policy may be applied by our telecoms provider. If you exceed the monthly limit per site for outgoing calls, further calls are simply stopped for the balance of that month only. You will not receive any extra bills, incoming calls are still allowed, and outgoing call facility will resume at the start of the next month.
WHAT ABOUT PREMIUM TV SERVICES:
If you wish us to add premium services (such as Sky Sports) to your SKY TV or Virgin Media TV packages, we can do this, but this would incur an extra charge. Nonetheless because you would only pay for the cumulative “extra” sum for the months during which the premium services were added, and because these services would be charged to our own account with SKY or Virgin Media (and then be charged by Place Group directly to you at cost with no mark up or administration fee) adding these services will be hassle free (avoiding the need for our students to set up accounts with SKY and/ or Virgin Media, incur minimum subscription periods and be credit scored) and offer outstanding value for money.
